The dining room is closed for construction currently, the drive-thru was not a great experience. I ordered one meal and a plan chocolate kids shake for my son. They have me a vanilla shake which was melted, and the fried were completely hard and not able to eat

It's a steak n shake. :-) Food was good for the price. Service was a bit slow, but I think their drive through was very busy at the time. Bathrooms were clean enough.

First time back to dine in since pandemic. Was surprised to see everything has changed. Always enjoyed eating there. I was disappointed to have to order n serve self. As elderly and handicapped costumers it's not easy to do. Haven't decided if I will go back. Will tell you food was as good as it had always been. Sorry to say the whole I was there dining area was empty except for two tables the entire time. Remember when it was always full with customers like myself who enjoyed the atmosphere and employees always made us feel welcome.

The garlic double burger was so small I actually had to check there was a second patty. The onion rings came out cold and the cheese fries we ordered came with a cup of cold cheese on the side. This place used to be good but I'll not be back at this price. On a positive note, I made friends with the ants crawling on our booth before we switched tables.
