Ordered a double c burg n LG fries. Asked to pull aside said waiting on fries. 10 minute wait n fries were cold no napkins. Won't be back. I HATE paying for cold food. Shouldn't even get a 1 star

Surprisingly good service this time! I ordered one McDouble to be plain and another to be normal. They got both correct! It's a shame that I'm impressed by this but I've not had great accuracy with McDonald's in the past. The lady that took my order was friendly and professional and the cashier at the window was nice as well. Overall a great visit and I'm impressed!

Honestly the most disappointing mcdonald's I've been to. I usually am pulled and end up sitting there for 7+ minutes usually over a simple order. Always forgetting sandwiches, when I do get them they usually look something slapped together like this picture. A year later and still a 1 star review, forgot a sandwich again and ended up waiting 29 minutes to get a replacement.

The girl at the drive thru window was rude, she dumped my fries upside-down in the bag and when I asked for the sauces that I ordered she gave me an attitude and just dumped them out the window at me. When I asked for her name to report her to management she shut the window on me. Completely unprofessional.
