Can you do walk-ins, as in going there and getting he pass there, because we can't get online so can we go in and get the pass there? Or do we HAVE to order it online?

For sure, 100%, you can walk in and buy the pass or just pay for the day.

I got my pass at the office located on Litchfield Rd side of the fire station and in front of Goodyear Park where the water pad is at.
