It is a city park so contact Chandler Parks and Recreation. The Ramadas at the south end are reserve only, but of not reserved anything if first come first serve. Still check with Chandler Parks and Recreation.

Yes, you can reserve a Ramada and bring a bouncy house, I've done that for my kids in the past - it's a great park for celebrations. Just look up Chandler Parks & Rec. to get info on reserving a Ramada.
