Definitely not. Water wouldn't be safe anyway. Lots of algae and lots of waterfowl guarantee unhealthy microbes and parasites that would not be good for your dog.

Unfortunately not and neither do any of the other area parks. The town requires all dogs to be on a leash at all times as well. Something to plan for you and your dog, if (s)he can tolerate it is Columbia park's Tropicanoe Cove's 'dog days of summer' during which dogs and owner can play in the water. You can take at least two dogs.

No. I do not know of a park that allows dogs to swim in the east valley.
