No. They have no private voicemail. And don't expect messages left elsewhere to be returned.
I don't know the answer to that question. That's a question for your therapist or the front desk. I have the direct number to my therapist's voicemail. I never text or email her. However, I have seen therapists in the past who communicated through those methods. When in doubt, go to the source. That's my advice. Good luck!
