This dealership is great. Salesperson Ed Ditzel is fantastic. Second time with him/them. You can be treated with respect and Ed goes above and beyond for you. Treated like family. No typical sales pushy ness like other places. Highly recommend.

I was interested in a car, but walked away to sleep on the price. When I called back to see if it was available and come in to buy it, they told me it was available and so I told them I'm on my way. I traveled 35 mins and as I got off the exit, 10 mins from my appointment time, they call me saying that the car was sold. This was on a Friday. Then as I continued car shopping, I saw they still had the car posted on their website come Monday. So we called again and asked if it was available and they said it was. We asked them to go and check that it is physically there. They called back saying it was sold that morning (they were only open a hour from when I had called them). Another sketchy part about it is the original salemans that was there is no longer there despite just being hired. They also somehow knew I had talked with him, even though I mentioned nothing of that the second time I called. Something seemed very sketchy and misleading about this car. It seems like once they called back they were rude as well. We just bit our tongue because we were frustrated and no longer wanting to deal with a dealership that acted like this and didn't update their system if it was actually sold , twice somehow? I know it can take time to approve someone for a car but there's no reason as to why the salesman don't have a system to mark it as pending or something. Cause then you have instances like this where I wasted my time and gas to drive out because they told me it was available, only to be sold. Not a good way to run things - communicate!!

I had a very good experience with Brian Dolan. I went in there with my husband thinking I wouldn't be able to get help with the problem I was in. but Brian got me the car I wanted and kept in touch with me until it came in. When the car came in he had me in and out with my new Accent. Brian was super helpful to me and I will definitely recommend him and this company to anyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned car. Brian is a asset to this company. I also had a very pleasant experience with the finance guy. He explained everything o me very well. He is also a asset to this company.
