If you have a Genesis, I have a 2021 G80 3.5 AWD, this dealership is hands down the BEST! Jim, Michelle and Chris are extremely thorough and provide exceptional service every single time I need service or oil change, etc.. I understand it is hard to find a Genesis to buy right now, but if I were in the market, I would be on their waiting list. These guys are top notch, and I have 6 cars. I only have one Genesis but I receive the best service and communication from this dealership than any of the other dealerships I have used. Genesis of York is phenomenal, keep up the great work!

The one star rating applies to the service department only. This is actually my second one star review of their service department. The first was deleted after they quickly rectified the issue (after they read the poor review). I own a 2018 G90 Ultimate. In early 2021, I noticed the side mirrors looked to be melting. The housing was deformed which caused the paint to separate. The service department didn't want to address the issue and it got to the point where they wouldn't return my calls. After I spoke with Corporate Genesis and wrote a poor review, they replaced both mirrors. I'm now dealing with the same issue (one mirror this time), and another issue where my car was returned to me from their dealership covered in an unknown substance that damaged the paint on the trunk. It has been a week and as expected, they are continuing to evade me. The most recent email advised me to "stop in" even though I already told them that I'm away on vacation. My key and vehicle are available to be picked up while I'm away. While I've never dealt with sales at Genesis of York, I will still confidently recommend avoiding this dealership. If you buy a Genesis, you'll likely need warranty service (I've had a variety of issues) and dealing with service there can be a nightmare. Update 10/28/21: The dealership, despite the "owner's response" below, has still done absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, the issues with this vehicle continue to compound. Most recently, the rear seat TV screens are frozen on the map screen. Genesis of USA are also unable to contact this dealership. They've been disappointing as well. Avoid this brand, avoid this dealership.
