The worst office to go to is Vision works any of them they are unprofessional disrespectful wont work with you wont call you back I've been waiting months for my prescription to be sent to me until I went in and went off on them only for then to tell me we cant help you did you speak to someone higher yes I did...….When I went to be seen they told the guy that was in front of me they re-scheduled his appointment for his daughter because they don't have time to be doing it next week that is unbelievable the guy then had to drive all the way to where his daughter was pick her up and bring in the store then because she also told him we are booked for a good while.....I called to also get my prescription for then to hang up on me and not call me back again...….after it took me weeks to get ahold of the store...I still do not have my prescription because they told me they lost it....HOW DO DOCTORS LOOSE PATIENT FILES!!

They do answer the phone. It's a very busy business. Have a lil patience. The manager is so nice and courteous
