Extremely rude belligerent man named “Mike Kovac “called for my 80-year-old mother that is on hospice. When I said she couldn’t come to the phone he got belligerent, demanding answers to questions. You catch more flies with honey, “Mike“. Won’t be giving them any money anytime soon.

Nobody ever wants to deal with a collection agency, EVER. BUT if you are contacted by this one, please know the following... They kept their word when they told me this item would be removed from my credit report once paid. It took less than a week and it's been removed from the bureaus. Commercial Acceptance Company was easy to deal with, pleasant, professional and helpful. I hope i never have this happen again, but if it does, i hope to deal with Commercial Acceptance Company, and Jack in particular.
