Yes and is is super nice With a great selection of food items. Just make sure you come during a not busy time if you plan on hanging out and grabbing a table because it can tend to be pretty busy in those times and hard to find a place to sit

Yes there's a food court. There's also a seating area right by the food court. In front on the registers, to the far right when you walk in.

I've yet to visit a Costco that didn't have one, but yes the answer to your question is yes
