The answer would be no and Edibles aren't legal in New Jersey yet however you can get lozenges from curaleaf in Belmar they also have oils and balms Breakwater has some extracted oil
I went with a buddy a few months ago. They didn't have edibles or cartridges there. He went to the dispensary in Belmawr for them. Heard that they were getting them soon
Edibles are available in New Jersey only to minors though I only know this because they went over it with me but you can get the losenges and tinctures and oils at a few places like curaleaf, and I believe breakwater.
