If you live in a state where it is not legal you're going to jail. If you carry legal marijuana and your card is expired you're at least going to get a ticket. And they will take your weed! Which is the worst part you paid for legal weed and the cops stole it! LOL he probably smoked it up buddy hahaha I hope that is helpful
