I know for sure if you are flying, do not take it on a plane! There's a lot of legal forms to fill out and need special granted permission! I think it's rediculous. If it's your prescribed medication and you purchase it legally and you have your MM card you should be allowed to take it with you!

If you have a card for New Jersey and a so-called prescription. Leave your California weed there. And just get some hear from any New Jersey dispensary make sure you call them and find out what you have to do other than that the other person is right keep it off the plane. You're only asking for trouble with that. Medical marijuana is not yet federally legal. Are states are technically overriding federal law. I'm not sure if we get busted on federal property. That our cards will protect us

I would travel with whole, sealed containers, labeled, and have your mmj card available. Good luck.

Cali weed is far superior to what we have it’s also a grey area. Technically your not allowed to cross state lines but there are “sanction states” where u can take it. I know I’m philly if you have a card in Jersey and wanna catch a Phillies game they welcome you bringing your medicine. Or at least not very harsh about it. That’s what my doctor told me from nj alternative medicine

Since you're asking about a dispensary in the state of New Jersey I can say know your California card is no good here

As far as i understand you're not allowed to travel with it, you'd have to use before you left, get to NJ, find a dispensary, make an appointment and go there

I was told no but they also said if it is a legal state (medically) that they likely wouldn't do anything... but I'd be extremely cautious. But that's just me.

I'm not sure if I'm explaining the situation.... if you take medicine daily, have a license...what do you do when you take a vacation in another state. Stay off my medicine for a week? Crazy... PS... I have a license for 3 states.... I'm legit
