As a regular customer at Mercedes-Benz of West Houston, I've never been ignored and always been provided exceptional customer service. Maybe you just needed to approach a representative. Many dealerships allow customers to look around so that the customer doesn't feel pressured by a sales rep.
Man, I can't stress enough how different my experience was. I have never been more impressed with the attention to customer service that Sewell gave. They were amazing in all aspects, from first contact, to experience at the dealership, even well past purchase.
