I’ve been here numerous times now for servicing my vehicle and they are definitely one of the best Mercedes dealers throughout Houston. I have yet to see another Mercedes dealer provide this high level of service, and trust me I’ve been to plenty of them. Thanks to everyone at this dealership for making the experience great!

I hate to leave a negative review as such but due to the horrible treatment from jaslene on Monday and not receiving a call back from the other manager who I left a voicemail for immediately after, I have no choice! I moved here 3 years ago and only used the hwy 6 / I10 location. I have had my vehicles for some time and this is the absolute most I’ve had to get work done. I’ve complained and told associates how it’s crazy that EVERY SINGLE TIME I pick my vehicles up there is something wrong with them that was not an issue prior to going in. I dropped my S class off last week for maintenance B. I picked it up two days later and my air does not work at all. I called the same day to say that and they told me to bring it back but there would be a charge. I could not go back that day or the next but I told them I wanted to speak with jaslene to voice my frustration. I didn’t get a call back Friday or Saturday so I called back Monday. The SECOND I stated how I felt, she immediately got defensive cutting me off stating they wouldn’t intentionally do something to a vehicle. I never said it was intentional but we need to address this fact. This led to her continuously cutting me off, dismissing my claim and being very confrontational. I brought up how she cut me off and she swore she didn’t and that I was just frustrated. After going back and forth getting nowhere, I asked to speak to the other manager in which she transferred me to. I left a voicemail with no return call 2 days later. It’s funny how she denied what I was saying to be true and almost every negative review here is saying the exact same thing. I value my cars and my dollar so I definitely will not be going back.

They don't usually take time in service so, u might call a co worker to help u get to work or a friend. Or better still get Toyota they are very good.
As a regular customer at Mercedes-Benz of West Houston, I've never been ignored and always been provided exceptional customer service. Maybe you just needed to approach a representative. Many dealerships allow customers to look around so that the customer doesn't feel pressured by a sales rep.
