Can you receive dental services if you have private health insurance; however, that insurance doesn't include dental coverage at all? Basically: Can you get DENTAL CARE if you have private medical, but NO DENTAL?

Yes. Basic service are offered such as cleanings, xrays, and filings. This is available to insured and uninsured. Uninsured has to provide income information and will be charged on sliding fee (anywhere from $5-$20)Anything further than basic is at their discretion. Or you will be told were you can go for more advanced procedures.
