You will call customer service and they will relay the message and talk to the driver in question
If you are a customer and had an issue with a driver, call Amazon and give them the TBA number off your package and they will be able to tell who the driver is. If you are a driver and need to speak to someone in ops, you just have to go in and talk to them. There is no number to call.
