I got in the drive-through at 8:08 am and didn't get my coffee until 8:26 and I still haven't received my coffee. If they know that an order will take long they should ask the person to pull over and park and somebody will bring them their order.

Total bummer, but how good was that coffee??? And did you get any of those fresh doughnuts? I'm sure they were having a tough morning, give them another shot and definitely tell them in person what happened. I bet they will make it up to you.

I only wanted a ice latte. No ice latte should take 20 minutes. It's called a drive- through for a reason. When you ask was the coffee good. What I took from that was it good enough to wait 20 minutes for? No. I'll go somewhere else next time with faster service.

My recommendation for mornings, download app place order for walk in prior to leaving house, when you get approximately 6-8 blocks away hit "I'm ready to pick up" you park go in. Look in the orange locker pick up your stuff and your back on the road.BUT check your order before you leave.
