My only real complaint is how expensive the service is. If I was local to my rental property, I could have saved myself almost $2k in fairly easy repairs. But they were very quick.

Staff was professional. Called for tub not draining. They cleared it then a few hours later my toilet got clogged. IDid not like having to wait a day and a half wait time on the toilet for services but they ended up clearing that issue.

We would need to come out and assess the problem before quoting a price. Roto-Rooter provides free written estimates once assessing on site. Most plumbing jobs are unique enough that a blanket price quote may not hold up. And the quote may change after properly evaluating a problem.
