Stephanie was AWESOME. I'm an out of towner and in March 2011 my unit had a new lock installed and when I got to the facility today, Sunday morning ,I explained to Stephanie what had happened and that I didn't have a key. Stephanie took control, made some calls, saved me from having to get a locksmith at $80 for a weekend trip. Bottom line is the facility put the New Cylinder lock on my unit , put the keys in an envelope, marked, signed , dated and shut the envelope AND PUT IT IN THE SAFE, way to go Public Storage!!!...it took a bit to open the lock but it opened and my stuff was intact...what a concept, give them my money and they protect my stuff...this is an example of good business and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE,...Thanks Stephanie, you made my day and my weekend...
