Is there plenty availability at tuttle creek campground in mid March and is water available?

I think there are faucets near road. $8 a night

It is becoming a much better known alternative to Alabama Hills but that early in the season should have lots of availability! A great camping location! One of my favorites for Sierra camping!

Plenty of availability, they have 80 sites and I've never seen it full. There is no water but there is a small creek that runs all year.
