Will the flowers be blooming on March 21st? Also can you take Quinceañera pictures there? Any fee?

Should be blooms still, you can but make sure you are safe and not on farmer's land.

Most of the blossoms you see now will be "snow" on the ground this week. Fortunately for you, the citrus trees don't bloom until later. There may be citrus blooms until you're ready to take your photos, but for something as important as a quince, you should probably get out there as soon as possible. Look for orange groves after this week. Most of the regular fruits and nuts will be done blooming by then. Good luck. Oh, if all the citrus blossoms are done, check out wild flowers in the foothills.

Doubt there will be many blossoms by then...lots of green & little buds. Hope there isn't a big freeze coming as sometimes happens, which could seriously harm the little ones. No charge to enjoy the Blossom Trail; just on the road unless permission granted to go inside the orchard. Don't wait long to go...
