You need to have proof hes a service or companion animal...if hes not i think they charge. But it is a "no pet no smoking" complex
Yes if he's a service dog the rules regarding pets don't apply to him, you will however need proof, his documents, I think shots, and the owner has to give permission. But he is a service dog so Im sure she will. Any other pet will have to get yer approval, and a pet despot of $300 I think.
