The staff here is rude & act like the work order you put in doesn't mean anything & if if if they get back with you it will be waaay pass due. We had roaches coming from the outside bushes and coming from the inside of the bathtub 🛀. We had mildew growing in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. We call in & staff treat you like we'll be there when we get there. People I say a new staff is definitely needed here. It took almost 5 months for them to finally fix my air conditioner & the worst part the last month was at the end of August and we know how hot 🔥 Fresno gets...100's I'm praying 🙏🏾 for better staff at "Butterfly Grove Apartments" for future residents...

Yeah I really do hope this company either gets this complex back in business and improve on what is needed to improve or to decrease the rent /month. But what I'd suggest you do is contact the office so they can kill these insects or buy some bug spray. I live in this complex and I know there's insects everywhere. Maybe just organizing or cleaning your apartment could help.

This place sucks don't move here you will hate it. Everyone's ghetto and roaches everywhere. The management sucks they change the price of the rent every other month and change the rules here all the time I can't wait to leave
