We applied for a 1 bedroom. I received a letter saying our name was moving close to the top of the list for a two bedroom. My husband calls to let Pamela Wilson know that we applied for a 1 bedroom, she placed my husband on hold for about 10 minutes, came back and told us to come on in on Thursday at 1:15 something would be worked out. We get there to be told that she didn't know if she told us, but the waiting list for a 1 bedroom is a long wait about 1 year or more, and we qualify for a 2 bedroom, but I have a section 8 voucher for a 1 bedroom. Pamela Wilson stated that I could let my section 8 voucher go and pay 832.00 for the 2 bedroom. I was really trying to understand why a person would let their voucher where they pay 166.00 per month to pay 832.00. Its to my advantage to keep my voucher if something happens and I can't pay my rent, section 8 would pay my rent and send me a check monthly to help me with my pg & e. We drove from Stockton over a two hour drive.

Today I went there for my appointment after I received a letter from them. Nicole Moncton who claimed to be the manager had a ugly attitude and was very rude to me. She didn't want to assist me with my appointment and the letter was from her. Nicole treated me unfair and unprofessional, and I didn't appreciate it...she was speaking to me like I was worthless

They changed their parking rules, no more assigned parking, and on top of that, every apartment is only allowed one parking pass and no extras, meaning any extra cars have to be parked outside. This is resulting in cars constantly blocking your view when trying to drive out of the gates, and additionally is resulting in people breaking car windows of cars parked outside.

They keep raising the rent due to the remodeling cause they got slap with so many BIG FINES of old mold & bugs... Don't trust J***t she boots people out for speaking up...
