@Daryl Shriner. I beg to disagree. This is quite a proper platform. I have been very dissapointed with the customer service lately. There hasn't been a time in my last 5-7 visits where the wash didn't broke down and they had to restart it, leaving the car all soapy or dirty depending on when the shut down occurred. However, I put up with it because it is an affordable option nonetheless. @Mandy Xo, remember you get what you pay for. So you sure have the option to cancel your membership since as long as they keep it cheap, it will only get worse rather than better.
Because they wash 1000 cars in 5 minutes and still expect everyone to dry and vacuum in 15 min or less with only 20 bays.
Rude or don't pay attention when they run out of clean towels to dry your car off. They are extremely available to warn you about the 5 minute limit to dry and vacuum your car. But they turn a deaf ear if you try to talk to them as they pass by. I have handicap license plates and needed just a bit of help lifting the tail gate. Nope couldn't get anyone's attention. My neighbor though helped me. Then even went on to close it for me. When the owner's presence is made visible... nothing is left undone. Everything is constantly be replenished. Area swept and trash bins checked to make sure they are not over flowing. I like it... dont get me wrong. Just go with patience.
Mandy, that is something you would have to address with the management. This is really notvthe proper forum for that type of question.
