This is a very nice Mobile Home Park and has some lovely homes some newer quality as well as some older homes. Unfortunately everything in the San Diego area is rather pricey the farther you go away from the city then you find prices at our lower but even in Chula Vista you're going to be paying upwards of $700 for a nice park and in San Diego you'll be paying closer to $1,000 a month to live in a nice park.

hello I have a medium motorhome, I wanted to know if they have space to rent and how much they charge, if they can inform me if the water and electricity are included or paid separately, also if they have place to wash clothes thanks

I know of some of the lot rents that are 1000 a month
