Came to the car wash for the first time and i was helped by viri! Loved the service ! Probably the reason why i would come back. She was really nice sweet and also helpful i didn’t have to reach out of the vehicle she helped me with payment but first she explained all the car washes there is and she definitely was detailed when it came to it ! Definitely recommend coming here !

I decided to revamp my review because I have an updated experience with Super Star Car Wash Customer service. Initially, my experience was terrible and I got charged for a month of service that I did not use because their website would not allow me to cancel and their customer service team could not call me back. However, I recently tried my luck one final time and I spoke with Teddy. Teddy was absolutely amazing and made sure things were right by me before sending me on my way. Shout out to Teddy, you did a great job and have changed my view towards Super Star Car Wash. You are only as good as your employees and Teddy is a great representative and deserves recognition. As far as services go, when I did use the wash it was great. If this is in proximity to you and you want something painfully simple, this is your car wash. It doesn't stand out too much in terms of subscription car washes (I tried quick quack which is the same concept, different paint) but it gets the job done and you can be in and out within minutes.

I would love to highlight some of the amazing staff here at Super Star Car Wash. I help run a business that requires vehicle cleanliness and every time I'm here, the staff is always helpful with updating license plates and signing up for memberships for any new vehicles my team and I bring in. I'm not a creeper, but I'm quite observant. Ariana, Zack and Diego are always on the move to help customers out, delegating traffic at the wash, apologizing for the machines having technical difficulties and fixing it right away. Always there greeting customers, asking how they are, being present for any questions you may have. Truly appreciate the friendly and exceptional service here as always.

This review has nothing to do with this location but a customer service experience I had. I haven't had a bad experience at Super Star Car Wash. However, I would like to write a review to I believe it was Don/Donna who was the representative who helped me over the phone. The car wash was charging me for almost a year and I have not been going there. Let alone the car was sold. She was super attentive and tried to work with me to solve the problem. It was at the same time Genie Car wash was charging me for almost a year but the 2 customer services provided were totally different. The professionalism and communication was just different. Genie could care less that I cancelled for almost a year and was still getting charged. And they told me they couldn't do nothing for me. There was no work around with them. They couldn't look up my history of when the last time I stopped at the car wash to see when I had stopped using them. They just told me to keep calling back on Tuesday like that would of made a difference. But Don on the other hand was able to do all of that. She understood my situation and helped me with my situation. I've run my own workshop before and worked in customer care. She is someone worth keeping and she should be well taken care of as an employee. Please do something nice for her like special leave or a bonus. It's well deserved. Thank you again.
