It's about a quarter of a mile to the tree. Very stroller accessible, except for the optional detour through the hollowed out fallen tree.
There is a loop trail of about one third of a mile from the parking area. It is in good condition and stroller accessible. It is somewhat uphill towards the tree. If you take the trail to the right (coming from parking), a viewpoint for the whole tree is reached after about 200 yards.
It's a very short walk. Yes it is accessible with a stroller. Its paved most of the way. There may be a small root here or there in the way but nothing that should really prevent you from reaching the tree.
