In the past two days (6/10 @ 3 PM and 6/11 at 9:30 and 2:30), I have been to the fitness center to try and sign up without success because there has been no one at the desk. I have waited around 10 minutes each time. What does it take to sign up?

Is the gym currently open? Today is Jan 25, 2021. If not will you open soon?

Hi Chris. We are so sorry no one has been there to assist you. Many times, our associates are inside assiting members. You can go to loveourcity.com/fitness to sign up as well.

They are not always at the desk. Sometimes the employees usually are inside the gym area assisting individuals with their work outs. You may have to look around for someone wearing a destiny shirt or ask someone maybe
