Helen, I am with Mid Oregon. You messaged us through Google late Wednesday night, and we replied back to you Thursday. We recommended that you connect with our contact center, and they could help you. Have you done that? We are unable to troubleshoot and fix problems through social media like Google, so we need to talk to you on the phone or perhaps through email. Unfortunately, our team won’t be back until Monday. We are sorry you are having issues.
Not sure last time I was locked out they did a system update and had to wait for them to set things up for me
