Sir Frost | Oct 4, 2021

I know it's not exactly your answer, but; If someone steals your card, report it to Mid Oregon Credit Union IMMEDIATELY. Get your old card deactivated and request a new one to replace the one you may of lost or had stolen. IMHO, always make sure you have your card before leaving an ATM or leaving anywhere period.

Helen, I am with Mid Oregon. You messaged us through Google late Wednesday night, and we replied back to you Thursday. We recommended that you connect with our contact center, and they could help you. Have you done that? We are unable to troubleshoot and fix problems through social media like Google, so we need to talk to you on the phone or perhaps through email. Unfortunately, our team won’t be back until Monday. We are sorry you are having issues.

Hi Barbi, there is an issue with logging in to online banking. We are working on it, but unfortunately no time frame yet. Our mobile app login will work, and you can call our contact center at 541-382-1795 if it's urgent. There is an alert at the top of our midoregon.com homepage, and that will have the most updated information. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

Why should I take my money from USBank and transfer it to you and what penalties would I face

Mike Menges | Oct 5, 2017
Mid Oregon Credit Union | Oct 5, 2018

Hi Mike, if you decide to move money from another financial institution to us would not trigger any penalties with us. If there were any penalties from US Bank or any other institution, it would depend on what kind of account the money was in and their policies. As to why, we would need to discuss with you about your particular situation to give you our advice. Two differences would be if you needed to use a branch at different points around the country frequently, US Bank has them in more places. As our physical branches are only in Central Oregon, almost all of our community investment and the impact of our organization benefits only Central Oregon. However, our mobile banking and 30,000 strong ATM network provides comprehensive access to your accounts and money around the country.
