They have an excellent tech center on site. They will try to fix it on site if possible but are great about communication and will tell you if they have to send it to the company for repairs first before sending it. They have always discussed the prices with me and 0ros and cons of fixing versus just upgrading and what would becin my best interest. When my Samsung crashed to it's final death - they did everything possible to get files off for me before they corrupted at a very minimal charge. I'm very please with their tech repair center.
