Can your technical staff, save the programs currently on my laptop? Once I upgrade to Windows 10, can they then, reload the saved programs?

You can just upgrade without reinstalling windows completely. Assuming you are on windows 7 or 8 everything for the most part should just carry over

When upgrading to Windows 10 most of the programs remain untouched.
