No you have to go to them. If you walk in the facility and walk all the way to the end you will see a few very helpful employees willing to answer any questions or help you with any problems you have.
You can literally walk in and ask anyone there, employee or customer and find the answer you need, as long as they don't say, "I was just at Bestbuy looking for ______"! Hahahaha!
