Please i used my card to paid for the items I bought at tjmaxx, i wsa told my card was declined. Then i paid with cash. After three days i saw that they removed money from my card again. What can I do

As soon as possible, contact the bank that issued your card. If their online system allows uploads, attach a copy of your cash receipt, telling them about the declined charge and unexpected subsequent charge.
