Jewelry associate came from behind the counter just to follow me around the makeup and jewelry department. When I turned around and caught her red handed after following me and my son around I asked can I help you? Why are you following me around? She indicated she wasn’t following and or watching me but she can if she wants to because it’s her job. I replied I also have the right to watch my surroundings as a customer and I don’t appreciate how I was being around while I attempted to shop in peace. Not once did she ask if I needed help with anything. I found a manager and reported it to the manager on duty. She spoke to the associate but at that point I grabbed my son and left. I will not spend my hard on money somewhere I can’t even be treated or able to shop decently. I understand theft is a real thing these days but people need to used good judgment and use it wisely. Everyone dressed in a T shirt, bell bottoms and the smallest crossbody bag is trying to steal.

Love the store but today was an odd experience for me. A young man working seemed to move to every part of the store I was at, basically following me. I had a few items carrying awhile and I'm not sure if he thought I wouldn't pay but I know when I'm being watched. Would've been nice if he actually ASKED if I needed help to pretend like he was offering customer service.
