What if I have a reservation but because of weather we cant do it? Can I get my money back? I am not from around the area and I will not be able to reschedule.

Hi there! We would recommend choosing the $25 deposit only payment option when you book your reservation so you would only lose $25 per person if you are not able to jump and reschedule for another date within one year. However, if you are able to jump, you will need to pay more than if you prepay in full. Alternatively, you can just walk in without booking a reservation. However, you will end up paying more if you are able to jump. You can find this and much more information on the FAQ page of our website here: http://startskydiving.com/faq If you have any other questions after thoroughly browsing our website, please feel free to contact our main office via phone, chat, or email. We look forward to jumping with you soon! Blue skies!

Hi, Sonakshi! We strive to make your experience 100% magical in every way! If you choose to reserve a slot by making a booking, it requires a $50 nonrefundable deposit. This deposit can be transferred to a new date if we are rescheduled for weather. If you are unable to make a different date because you are traveling, we recommend any of the following options: 1. Walk-in any time we are open! No booking required! The pricing is slightly higher to reflect the flexibility in payment options, since your travel requires more flexibility than booking in advance. 2. Make a booking and place the $50 deposit down. If weather keeps you from jumping, you can transfer half of it to another individual who can use it later. (We charge a $25 administrative fee for this.) 3. Place your booking in limbo with us for up to 5 years and give us a call at least 24 hours before you are traveling back through. We'll put you back on the schedule and jump with you next time you're in town!

Hi Michael! This is the farthest thing from the truth. We work diligently to ensure the highest customer experience possible. Due to the nature of skydiving, non-refundable deposits are the standard within our industry. We are extremely transparent and up-front about this. We state the non-refundable nature of any online payments on many different pages of our website, including multiple times within our reservations system prior to submitting any form of payment. In fact, it is even stated next to it's own checkbox and must be agreed to and physically clicked before any payment information can be submitted.

I struggled with this same issue. I have found that it is very difficult to get money back from Start Skydiving. They claim that they are very transparent with pricing, but this has been anything but true in my experience. Once Start Skydiving gets your money, they could care less about your customer experience.
