This is Mary Bailey. Why am I getting a late fee charge when I was at the facility yesterday to pay my bill. The man working that took my money for my monthly fee said there will not be no late fee. I cannot get your website to come up. I've always paid my rent on time and always early as a fact. A woman there paying her rent didn't have to pay late fee either. It was a holiday weekend and your site is not loading. I went in to pay my bill yesterday. Why wasn't I charged than for the late fee? This is not my fault. Someone needs to fix your site so people can get accounts setup. Thank you Mary Bailey
