I arrive in Cincinnati saturday 11:27 from chicago, i think that i will not be able to pick up a car before closing. Is there a chance that i can pick up a car somehow? Can online check in help me with this?

It can, if you already have a confirmation number, you will get an email and it will direct you to the area to pick a car, you won str have to go to the desk when you arrive ,
