CVG2 is an Amazon returns facility. For warranty repair contact the manufacturer.

That's will be a question for the city officials. My opinion is that is no a solution for this problem and that's my personal opinion.

They do customer returns on all sorts of items. Some large bulky, some smaller. You pretty much just process and grade items that are to be returned from consumer back to the supplier

Before you do this, I would wait until you are at a post office or already have the item in a returnable cardboard box. But anyways, it's very easy. Log on to your Amazon account. Click on the menu in the top left-hand corner (it looks like 3 perpendicular bars). Now click on Your Orders. You should now see pictures of everything you've ever bought. Click on the item you want to return, and it will literally walk you through it from there.

You will get it back. It processes through return and goes to "external repair unless deemed to be to damaged for that. How soon you get I back will depend on factors you would deal with at any repair shop.
