You will get it back. It processes through return and goes to "external repair unless deemed to be to damaged for that. How soon you get I back will depend on factors you would deal with at any repair shop.
Depends on the product and what's wrong with it. Should be less than a week if we can fix it; otherwise you'll get a replacement.
