Mon. Weds. Fri. And Saturday from 8am to 12 .. you have to be in the door by 1130 though otherwise you may not be assisted. Bring your own bags as they don't have/ offer them
They also give a monthly food supply on Friday from 3-5 pm. And daily food from 9am -1pm. You can only get the larger monthly supply once a month but you can get the smaller daily supply every other day they are open. The earlier you get there the better cause the waiting room is kinda small so sometimes its hard to get a chair. I have gotten really great food before. One time I even got 2 filet mignon steaks and salmon filets from Trader Joes. They have a clothing closet too with clothes for adults and kids. They have helped me through some really hard times. I highly recommend them.
