No dock yet. That project is in the purview of our landlord, so we're just kinda waiting to see how it plays out. We know docks are in the plan, though, so keep on swinging by to check out the progress! - Tracy

I hope the dock gets added for kayaks! (And other boats...) Estate Bar & Grill, further south, closer to Goose Island, has a dock with many boats pulling up. This would be awesome to kayak to if it happens!
No. There is no access from the river. It's fenced off currently.
