Brewing Reinheitsgebot is easy. Most of our beers follow the "beer purity law" just because that's the way the recipes fell out. We don't adhere to Reinheitsgebot, though. For example, we use rye in Arc Welder Dunkel Rye. While we love the air of mystique, here, brewing beer the ole German way is just as utilitarian, efficient, and smart as you might imagine. You need to walk back through an alley then through a building under construction to get to it. There are signs. Street parking is okay, maybe not great but definitely ok.

that's correct there are no tours, there are 4 large windows that look onto the brewery floor and before 4pm you might catch them in production. the staff is very friendly and welcoming ,so ask the manager on duty. probably a no but never hurts to ask and be friendly. cheers
