If 4:00 is not busy, I'm wondering why the phone isn't answered. Trying to place a take out order. Now, I'm concerned since I'm staying in area and would like to sample several items off menu for future travelers from East Coast.

They do have a small staff, so I am sure it wasn't intentionally ignored. They have great food and worth the wait
