Won't allow pick up at my closest store. Message says not all of my items are available there. Why can't it let me know what items those are so I can delete them?

They will substitute your items if tell them what they are.

If they have a substitute they will put it in place of your original item. Then you are asked at pick up if you want to keep that item. If they don't have it you're not charged for it. I hope this helps you out a little.
