Wouldn't advise buying crawfish or eating them from anywhere after 4th of July as this kind of marks the end of season.
The season is over. I'm not sure if that effects the taste. I haven't eaten any out of season.

Yes, but the price has gone way up. Almost a whole dollar. I'd call them when they open to see if they have spicy or mild. They only had one kind the last time I went there.
