Hi, im using this answer to post a question. Weird I know but I don't really have any other way to to ask. I am spanish and currenrly living in Madrid. l lived in Metairie when I was 12 (49 now) and shogun made a memorable impression. The little black boat. And mainly the lobster in egg sauce. I have been trying to get the recipe for years but haven't been able. Any chance anyone could find out how it was made? Would be amazing...thanks in Advance!
I do work with them so I'm usually there in the morning when no one is there I can only say that their food is awesome and it's a great place to to eat so I would check with them to find out exactly what their hours are on but I would imagine yes they are open 7 days a week
